Returns

Each print is made to order for you, so we don't accept returns for a change of mind. If your print arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, email michaelhaslimphoto@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the print and the packaging. We'll send a free replacement or give a full refund, whichever you prefer. To cancel, email us within 24 hours of ordering; if your print hasn't gone into production, we'll refund you in full. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Screens vary, so small differences in color between your screen and the finished print are not a defect.
