After the waterfall, I turned around. The coast keeps going south in layers, sea stacks in the surf and the cliffs stepping down into haze, with the trees closing in from the right. It's quieter than the falls shot, and I think it's the better picture of what Big Sur actually feels like. Same trip, same friends, same overlook.
